I’VE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN / MY PASSWORD
If you are a registered customer, your login is the email address you entered when you registered. To get your password again, click on “Sign in” at the top of the homepage, then click on: “Forgot your password?" on below Already Registered?. Your password will then be reset and you can enter a new one.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?
Go to 'Sign in' and enter your email address and password, you will then be able to change your details and view your past orders.
I MADE A MISTAKE. I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER IN PROGRESS. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
It depends on how far your order has progressed. Please contact Customer Services as soon as possible, with your number of order and the reference of your product(s) using the contact form, or by email: email@example.com
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED?
After your payment has been processed and confirmed by payment provider, you will receive an email which will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF EUROPE?
Most of our items are shipped outside of Europe. If you are in doubt, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING COST?
Because our products vary in size and weight, our suppliers are located in various countries, and shipping costs vary from country to country you will be charged for shipping. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email that either asks you to pay an additional amount to cover the shipping cost or tells you that you will receive a refund if the shipping cost is less than what you initially paid.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Items that are in stock will be shipped by Mail within 3/4 working days from that we receive a payment confirmation. We aim for all products to be delivered within 12 working days *.
